Return & Refund Policy

3P’s in a Pot — 3D Printed Items

We want you to be happy with your order. If there’s a problem, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.

3D Printed Finishes

Our items are made using 3D printing. Small layer lines, slight texture differences, and minor colour variations are normal characteristics of the process. These are not considered defects unless they affect the item’s function or differ materially from its description.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please let us know as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or incorrect. Keep the item and packaging while we assess the issue.

Where appropriate, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your applicable consumer rights. We’ll cover reasonable return costs for confirmed faulty or incorrect items.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a change-of-mind return of a standard, non-personalised item.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged. Return delivery costs are your responsibility. Original delivery charges are not refunded unless required by law.

Custom & Personalised Orders

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for items made to your specifications, including personalised text, custom dimensions, or bespoke designs.

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the agreed specifications.

Returning an Item

Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions. Please package it carefully and retain proof of postage.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and assessed. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.

Care & Use

Damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, unsuitable heat exposure, or failure to follow the supplied care instructions is generally not covered. This does not limit your rights where the item itself is defective.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

Our products are manufactured using 3D printing. Visible layer lines, small surface marks, and minor colour or finish differences may occur.

Photographs are illustrative. Screen settings and material batches may affect how colours appear. Sizes, materials, intended uses, and any relevant manufacturing tolerances will be stated in the product description.

These variations do not excuse defects, unsafe products, or substantial differences from the agreed description. Accessories shown in photographs are included only where expressly stated

Please Note: This product is 3D printed and not mould-manufactured. Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, slight variations, visible layer lines, minor surface imperfections, and small differences between products may occur. These characteristics are normal and make each item unique.

Colours may vary slightly from those shown in the photos due to filament batches, lighting, and screen settings. Some images are for illustration purposes only. Size information is available on request.
